John Bedecarré
Lawyer specializing in Probate and Estate Planning
John Bedecarre brings a depth of practical and professional experience to his cross-border practice in Probate and Estate Planning.
John moved from California to Texas in 2016 to attend law school at the University of Texas at Austin. After graduation, John wasn’t sure if he wanted to stay in Texas or go back to California, so he passed the bar in both states.
Because he is a rare dual-licensed attorney, today John can help clients with unique circumstances such as handling the probate of someone who owned assets in a different state.
John brings legal acumen, financial literacy, and personability to his Probate and Estate Planning practice. His favorite aspect of being a lawyer is helping clients.
John also contributes time as a court-appointed attorney representing proposed wards in Guardianship proceedings. In this capacity, John looks after the interests of individuals who are allegedly incapacitated.
In his free time, John enjoys two-stepping Austin style, cooking, and taking his 11-year-old terrier mix Luke on sunrise and sunset walks in the neighborhood.
